Vaginal gel lowers HIV/AIDS risk

Here is a new development in the field of HIV/AIDS. A vaginal gel that not only lubricates but also has blocking properties against the deadly virus. Although it only gives a maximum of 50 percent protection, it could be used to supplement male latex condoms to lower the risk of viral transmission in heterosexual contacts.
