Inferior after-sales service by Globe Broadband

The series of email exchanges below show that I have been complaining to Globe Broadband to restore my Internet connection, by telephone and by email from an Internet Cafe. However, for five days, despite repeated promises, no one has come to fix it. A leading telecom company such as Globe Broadband should attend to the needs of their clients.
