Two Filipinos killed in Missouri tornado

The tornado struck the town of Joplin near the border with Oklahoma and Kansas
At least two Filipino women were killed on Sunday in Missouri's tornado, the worst in US history.
Grace Aquino was killed in a collapsed building in Joplin to save her son by covering him. He sustained minor bruises, according to an email sent by viewer Dustin Dalisay to Balitang America on Tuesday, in a report by ABS CBN.
In a radio interview, Grace's daughter Divine told Manila's DZMM Wednesday morning, "I talked to the rescuers of my sister saying they need help, stranded. When they arrived, the building was gone. They heard a child crying." [Nakausap ko 'yung nag-rescue sa kapatid ko. Noong una, nakakuha ng call from the church, [saying] they need help, stranded. Pagdating ng rescuers, wala na iyong building. Narinig [nalang] nila may sumisigaw na bata.]
The other fatality was Esterlita Moore, according to radio report.
The tornado that swept away houses, schools and buildings has so far left 124 deaths and is expected to climb.
